We feel confident taking our car to the VW dealership in Duluth and we appreciate the good service we have had. We buy a new car every other year or so and would feel very confident buying our next one in Duluth. We also appreciate that the sales people are informative without being pushy. Good Service 1/13/2014

I brought my Jetta there after a botched timing belt change. Axel was very nice about helping me, and they got the car done in a fairly reasonable time. I think the cost of repair was outrageous, but everyone knows that well before they ever buy a Volkswagen. Overall a nice dealership which was helpful when I needed help. more

All work was satisfactory, however I am still waiting for an answer on why the decorative chrome around the windows are losing their shine and look terrible. Should not be the case with a 32,000 dollar automobile. more

Friendly "Can Do" Attitude 1/12/2014

I needed a new battery urgently and the VW Service Manager directed me to someone who could "jump start" my vehicle quickly. I went immediately to VW and got my new battery. They also helped reconnect my Bluetooth, which was much appreciated. I also had a great visit with a sales person about the new VWs while I waited. A pleasant experience, all and all! more
