Accommodating 1/7/2014

I was approaching my 20000 mile service and was less than a week away from a trip to Tennessee. Even though it was my poor planning I called vw Duluth and asked if I could get in and get my car serviced before the trip. They were able to get me in and do my maintenance and so far I have had nothing to worry about on my trip more

Manager was great 1/6/2014

Axel, the manager was really great to work with. It did suck, because we had a lot of $$ to spend because there was a lot wrong with our car. I will say with all the money we spent, it sure would have been nice to have had our car washed and cleaned. more

Poor communication, bad customer service 1/1/2014

Awful communication between staff members, service department, and managers. From one person to the next they had no idea what was going on. Lack of business etiquette and service skills. I could never recommend to a friend to buy a car here after my experience. more

Fast friendly service 12/19/2013

The service was faster than I thought it would be. The person who helped me - Axel Reyes - was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I usually service my vehicle at Luther Westside VW in the Twin Cities and I have never been impressed by the employees there. I will now try to use VW of Duluth more often. more
