30,000 11/25/2013

Asked for a courtesy car when setting up appointment, when arrived they said they didn’t have one. They Found one. Someone wrote new tire specs and prices by hand on repair sheet but no one talked to me about needing new tires. Had tires checked again and they said it was fine. Don’t the cars that come into service usually get washed on the outside? more

My Jetta broke down out of nowhere and I had AAA tow it to Volkswagen of Duluth. They were so friendly to me and didn't mind the unexpected 'extra work'. I got a call the next day with the great news....my car was fixed! Very impressed overall. This was my second time dealing with them....and if my Jetta needs anything I will be back! more

VW Duluth went the extra mile for us. Their service team salvaged our weekend get away when as new customers we rolled up to their shop on a late Friday afternoon. According to the indicator our car was overheating and our trip seemingly cut short. Despite the late hour we were warmly welcomed, the likely cause was quickly diagnosed and improbably we were back on the road within two hours. Thank you so much. more

Good service and helpful employees. I had recently purchased a used VW, so I wanted to make sure the service was up to date. The 60,000 mile visit cost nearly $500, which was a suprise, but I guess that is expected at a dealership. more
