Tom contacted me, via telephone, several times alerting me to the possibility of trading my 2012 for a 2013 and perhaps, upgrading. I appreciated his courtesy and also his explanation of the possibilities. Tom also shared with me that he was able to help another customer reduce her payments by $75 a month...further enticing me to come into the dealership. He was courteous, respectful and informative. He wasn't ""pushy"" and gave me options allowing me to make my final decision. Luckily, everything worked out and I was able to obtain my ""dream car"" here at Rohrman Hyundai working with Tom.
