Jim Gass and the Sales Manager, JJ were very friendly and welcoming when I came into the dealership. The details of my trade-in and new lease purchase were clearly defined and explained throughout the entire process. The questions I had were answered directly and completely. Jim was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely efficient from the time I walked in, until the time I left with my new car. The paperwork process was also seamless. Did not fix my problem 5/12/2014

I brought my 2 year old car in for not starting. I had done some research before bringing it in on the car's forums page, and it was a somewhat common problem. Instead of them listening to me and looking it up, they simply replaced the battery and sent me on my way. It worked for another 3 starts and back to not starting. It is not the battery because jumping it does not work and the lights do not dim. more

Knowlegdable & Personable 5/4/2014

I won't go to any other Hyundai dealership for service on my Hyundai. This is my second Santa Fe and I always go to David at Gurnee Hyundai because he remembers me and the dealership is fair in pricing and they do the work needed correctly the first time! They go above and beyond!!! more

I got in without an appointment 4/26/2014

I was disappointed that I would have to pay for some plastic parts for the backseat cup holders that broke. Service told me I needed a whole new part for around $500 more
