I brought my 2 year old car in for not starting. I had done some research before bringing it in on the car's forums page, and it was a somewhat common problem. Instead of them listening to me and looking it up, they simply replaced the battery and sent me on my way. It worked for another 3 starts and back to not starting. It is not the battery because jumping it does not work and the lights do not dim.
