Francis has been fabulous to work with and the best sales person I've ever worked with. He is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and he says does what he promises to do. We were working with Francis today to get my wife a new car. Francis really took care of us in a most gracious way and is a really great guy. He took care of everything we had questions for, we test drove 4 different cars and it wasn't a problem. Really had great customer service all around and is super personable. We are really happy! I've been to a few different dealerships and haven't experienced the experience that I have had here with Freddy. He is wonderful, treated me with dignity, he was great. Worked through all my problems very quickly, got me an answer quickly, and answered all the questions I had. He made me feel very comfortable and I would definitely come back and suggest you buy a vehicle. I came from Milwaukee to the Hyundai Dealership, to first of all look at a 2011 vehicle and got out here and Fred was amazing, he said hey don't worry about the 2011, lets get you in a new 2016. But Fred was great and a pleasure to work with! So thank you very much! more
