I would highly recommend Van Horn 9/9/2015

I came in from Montana to work with Zach to get my Acura TL. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. No one put any pressure on me to do something that I didn't want to do. Zach made sure that I got all of the information about the car before I came in to buy it. If there was a problem that I had or saw on the car they took care of it right away on the spot. I would highly highly recommend that anyone come in to work with the staff at Van Horn!! It was most defiantly worth the drive in more

Excellent service after the sale 9/2/2015

I have had my Hyundai Azera since Dec. 2007. Although I have had more mechanical problems than any other car I have owned, the service staff at Hyundai has always listened to my concerns and addressed them. Everything besides normal non-warrantied service has been covered. We purchased a Zurich extended warranty and the three problems I experienced after my factory warranty ran out was 100% taken care of by Zurich. This tells me that Van Horn wants a reliable extended insurance plan for its customers if you wish to purchase one. Brian and Scott are absolutely the best service managers I have ever dealt with. I hope Van Horn pays them well!! more
