I loved Ivan! 12/15/2015

Ivan, Freddy and Anthony are outstanding individuals! 12/12/2015

Repairs not completed 12/12/2015

Frustrated customer who was told that the service dept fixed the problem. As I drove off the lot I immediately noticed the "repair" did not fix the issue . Returned back to the service dept and once again had the mechanic ride along to verify the problem. After the 2nd repair supposedly corrected the problem, drove off the lot to once again find it had not been corrected. Why tell the customer it is fixed when it isn't . Unfortunately this is the second time I have run into this situation with them. Freddy did a fantastic job with us! We were skeptical about getting a new vehicle and we were desperately needing one. Fred did everything he could to make sure we didn't walk away without anything. Van Horn did more than I asked them to, but the additions were necessary and they called me to ask permission before they started anything. They explained not only what needed to be done but why it needed to be done. The full detailing they did after repairs was everything I hoped for. Great Job! Best Dealership we have ever used 12/8/2015

Although we purchased our vehicle somewhere else, we found Van Horn in Sheboygan to do our oil changes and any service. Our experiences here have been the best we have ever dealt with and we wished we purchased our car here! The service staff is exceptional and the office is always friendly!
