I came up from Milwaukee to Van Horn in Sheboygan and worked with Mike Sharp to get into my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. He is very good with people and he made it a great car buying experience. He was not pushy at all when i was trying to decide if this was the right car for me. VanHorn Hyundai's, Gina Bunnow, responded very quickly to a concern that I had and I just want to say that I'm very appreciative. Gina's care and concern for me as her customer and her obvious care and concern for the reputation of her dealership is impressive. It certainly demonstrates her professionalism and her desire to have return business. I would recommend Gina to anyone wanting a pleasant car shopping experience. She was knowledgeable about her inventory and cars in general, she was very personable and there was no pressure put on me to buy. We were looking on the internet and saw the Genesis with only 8,000 miles on it and could not pass up coming to look at it. JT really did a great job. not terrible 9/15/2015

Came from a long distance .. Called ahead to verify a specific need car and color was told we have them .... Not . They had to bring one from another dealership 7 1/2 hours later finnaly drove away . Found out next day .... Nice .... Hail damage .specifically asked if it was one of the hail damage cars from the other dealership they said no . we found out later it was .they said we'll fix it . Great brand new car already needs body work . Thanks . People and staff we're good . :-) more

Very Impressed! 9/15/2015

Thought it would just be like any other "oil change" facility but the service was if I pulled in with Rolls Royce. It was non-stop from the moment I arrived until I was pulling out of driveway. I was very delighted and the attentive and caring staff were wonderful. It was my first time there and I would like to say, it will not be my last. Credit goes to Brian at the Service counter who welcomed me, showed me around, and was very attentive. Even at payment Beka (?) was all smiles and gracious too. Truly unexpected and happily delighted. My Hyundai will only know VanHorn Sheboygan for all needs from here on out! WOW! more

Friendly service 9/13/2015

I will need to bring my Elantra in a 3rd time to correct an issue with the brakes. They replaced a part I'm not sure needed to be replaced. Service is usually very good, with friendly employees. My main reason going there for service is the option to use their free loaner vehicle. more
