My car is a lease and in 2017 I just started coming here. Every time we could not figure something out on our new car they are where we go for service and sales.also somebody came out and help us to buy a ar not just seat in the show room. Exceptional Buying/Leasing Experience with Taylor 12/28/2015

Bob & I came in this morning, on the day of the "Big" Snowstorm, December 28, 2015, knowing we had a time crunch due to Bob's work schedule and the impending Winter Storm. We have dealt with Ryan Smith, in the past, for the purchase of our past two Sonatas and Tucson. Today, we met Taylor and, knew, right from the beginning that it was going to be an excellent buying experience, as Van Horn Hyundai has always been very professional, not pushy and had our best interests at hand. Ivan was friendly, honest, and spoke with me about different vehicle options. He explained the carfax's on the vehicles and what they meant. Excellent customer servce 12/18/2015

I had hit a deer and my car was in the body shop for repairs. The day I picked my car up was a very hectic day for me. Half way back to my job, the check engine light came on. In less than an hour Jay Kohls had my car picked up. He went above my expectation to remedy the issues with my car, that by the way were not the fault of Van Horn's. I had my car back the next day good as new. This is why I will continue to purchase all of my cars from Van Horn Hyundai. I always feel I'm treated like family.
