Bob & I came in this morning, on the day of the "Big" Snowstorm, December 28, 2015, knowing we had a time crunch due to Bob's work schedule and the impending Winter Storm.
We have dealt with Ryan Smith, in the past, for the purchase of our past two Sonatas and Tucson. Today, we met Taylor and, knew, right from the beginning that it was going to be an excellent buying experience, as Van Horn Hyundai has always been very professional, not pushy and had our best interests at hand.
Taylor was able to pull off getting us into a new 2015 Sonata, with the payments where we needed and all went stress-free. He has a great professional, sense of humor to put anyone at ease and made the transition go extremely smooth. You can bet we'll be back for car No. 5 in a few years!
