I first met with Mike P to go over my options regarding my new HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained my options (multiple times) to ensure I was selecting what worked best for my family. He so kindly offered two window units while I waited for the installation. The installation took two full days to complete and Dam and Jean were neat, clean, punctual, and professional. The system is working great. Mike followed up with me the next business day to go over any issues or questions I might have. I highly recommend.
