We had a lingering problem after a new installation and thanks to Beshoy, who returned 3 times, he was able to get to the root of the problem. Now we have a trouble free AC system. Beshoy was willing to stay as long as necessary to fix the problem. He and Unique, demonstrated the best customer service I could ever hope for. THANKS BESHOY, YOU'RE THE BEST!
