Dennis arrived very early in the window we had been provided, with his mask on, and he was absolutely straightforward about our situation with our High Velocity AC. He did a good diagnosis about the NEXT WORK, more involved, that had to be done, and he took care of the immediate under-functioning of one of our units by adding refrigerant. He did all this in full sun, on the southern side of the house, on a pretty hot day. Thanks, Dennis!
