Was very quick with responding to e-mails and questions I had and was keeping me informed about my visa and when everything was good to go. Efficient Visa Service 6/23/2011

I was very pleased with Direct Passport's service. They handled my Brazil visa application in a timely manner. Every email I sent questioning part of the process was answered quickly. My application arrived at Tony's office on a Friday, he submitted it on a Tuesday, and it was back in my hands 9 days later. more

WONDERFUL SERVICE 5/25/2011

My husband was leaving for China and we were pushed to the last minute getting our documentation together. I got everything to Tony on a Monday and had my visa back on Wednesday. My phone calls and e-mails were returned within minutes. Will definitely use again. more

Perfectly Rushed Passport, Super Fast, Super Simple 5/23/2011

My app package was guaranteed USPS to Passport Direct by Noon, Tony had texted me confirming receipt by 12:03. He got my passport rushed to me in perfect time so I could make my trip. Excellent communication, would use in a heartbeat again. more

Excellent service procuring travel visas! 5/12/2011

Tony was extremely helpful in obtaining travel visas for a large group of students in a study abroad trip. We were a complicated bunch, but he worked professionally and quickly to be sure we all obtained our visas in time for a successful trip! more

A surprisingly good experience -- quick and efficient 3/2/2011

I've never used a passport service before and had some concerns about the process, especially considering that my trip to Brazil was coming up soon. It was also awfully difficult to choose a passport service out of the huge list that the Brazilian consulate had on its web site. In the end, I chose Direct Passports and Visa Services because their web site was one of the most clearly written I had come across, the reviews on this site were good, and when I called, a human being answered the phone and was very responsive. In addition, a Google search on the company's name didn't show any negative feedback. (Always a good thing to do!) more

Great service! Sent my packet off on the 7th, Tony received it on the 8th and let me know he got it. Got my visa back by the 10th. I couldn't have gotten greater service anywhere else. I highly recommend Direct Passpart to anyone needing a passport or visa. more

I decided to go to Brazil last minute for a wedding. I did my research and reviewed several Visa Services and Direct Passports & Visa Services was the least expenisve and easiest to navigate. I got everything I needed, pictures, forms filled out and decided to call Direct Passports & Visa Services as I had a couple of questions. I was shocked that my call was answered by a human being and not a recording and every question I had answered. more

Very fast, efficient and reasonable. Quick to answer questions, calls you when he receives your passports and calls you to say that he is returning them to you after obtaining your requested Visas.. Would recommend them to anyone. Very pleased. more

Suuuper Fast! 7/13/2010

I needed my passport renewed really really fast and the post office couldn't promise me a completion date. I was lucky to find Direct Passport on Bing. I called and a rep was very imformative and guided me through the process. I drove to their office early in the morning and I got my passport back at 3 pm. It's an amazing service that I will reccomend to all my friends. Pros: competitive prices more

This company was an excellent choice. I was worried about sending my visa through a third party, but I found them professional and "on-top" of the entire process. My husband and I realized that we needed a visa for Brazil and weren't able to travel to Houston to pick one up ourselves. After getting confused about requirements on the Brazilian consulate website, I chose Direct to attempt to clarify and get the visas quickly. Tony was very helpful over the phone, and assured me we would have our visas in time. They just arrived today - thanks, Tony! Pros: Fast, efficient, friendly service Cons: Can't think of any more

Outstanding 5/31/2010

We needed to travel to Brazil for work but only realized the visa requirement at the last minute. There is a lot of international travel through our office but our usual passport service couldn't get it done fast enough. We turned up Direct Passports on a Google search and gave it a shot. It was the right choice. Tony was incredibly responsive and bent over backwards to help. He got the consul to agree to accelerate their schedule and when timing was still tight he set up a courier to meet us at the airport to do the handover during our 2 hour layover in Houston. Tony was always available and helped us through the process at every moment and with every question. Direct Passports is outstanding. more

Incredible 4/15/2010

My husband needed a passport in order to travel at work. His company wouldn't help him in obtaining one so I searched the web and called Direct Passport. I followed their website and collected the requirements and I gave them his packet. I paid for Emergency processing, 24 Hours, and that's exactly what we got!
