24 Hour U.S. Passport! 7/1/2009

I have a trip scheduled to depart this friday to Mexico for my brothers wedding! I checked on the travel.state.gov website and it said that expedited services can take up to 2 weeks to process. What kind of expediting is that? So I goggled rush passport Houston, TX and was directed to Direct Passport and Visa. I called and spoke with a kind representative who assured me not to worry. I got my documents sealed as requested and gave it to them yesterday morning. I just now got a call from them saying that my passport is READY! 24 Hours People!!! WOW! Super Fast Service 3/5/2009

I just got my citizenship a few days ago and I really wanted to " seal the deal " by getting my Passport. Nothing to say but EXTRAORDINARY Work! These people got me my U.S. Passport in literally 1 Day! There is no way in Hell I would ever be able to do that alone! Fastest Brazilian VISA Expedition Service in the USA 3/5/2009

If you need a Brazilian Visa in a hurry, check these guys out. They are fast, friendly and customer service driven. They e-mail, they call and let you know how things are going. I have gone to Brazil about 15 times and have never had to use an expeditor. I found a last minute cheap fare to Brazil and needed a VISA fast. I took a chance and purchased the tickets and then I called several expeditors who told me it was too late and they had very expensive fees. I kept searching the internet for expeditors in Houston and found Direct Passport. I called Tony at Direct Passport and he quoted a reasonable fee and was very honest about the fact that I might not be able to get the Brazilian Visa with such short notice. To make a long story shorter. I got my visa two hours before my flight to Brazil. Absolutely amazing!! Pros: Very Professional, Always in Contact, Easy to Reach more

Amazing Personalized Service 2/24/2009

Long story short...I was leaving to Dubai in 2 days and I needed more pages in my passport so the visa could be stamped. I googled rush passport houston, tx and direct passport had great reviews. I gave them my paperwork and I received my passport back the next day with the requested extra pages! Excellent and super fast service! You get what you pay for! OH MY GOD! 2/13/2009

My sister's wedding is on the first weekend of March. I have less then 3 weeks to depart to Mexico and I was told that expedited processing is not guaranteed if you mail it in. I found Direct Passport here on City search and after speaking to a representative, I visited their office to drop off my paperwork for a passport renewal. I paid 5-7 days processing ( $100 bucks in addition to the government fee) and they called me in 3 days and said that my passport was ready for pick-up! Totally worth every penny! Great Company 2/9/2009

I needed a business document notarized from the Chinese Consulate and I was told it could take up to 10 business days to verify the document. I didn't have 10 days... I had 4 tops! I asked my corporate travel department and they recommended me to Direct Passport and Visa. One phone call later, they were at my office in 45 minutes to pick up my document and they assured me it would be done in time! 2 days later, I got a phone call that my document was ready and was about to be delivered! Best way to obtain a passport in Houston, Direct Passports 12/9/2008

I had a tour planned to go to China and my travel agent failed to mention that I needed a Visa to enter the country. Eventually I found out this information through my airline. A busy family made me unable to go directly to the Consulate myself, thus browsing the net led me to Direct Passports. Direct Passports were able to tend to my needs and obtain me a Visa in just two days. I never had to visit there office and they kept me well informed on the status of approval. Great Service!!! I thought I was going to miss my honeymoon 11/16/2008

I lost my passport that I had for years 8 days before my honeymoon!!! It was a nightmare. I found Direct Passport and they took such good care of me. First they calmed me down, said there as nothing to worry that they could get my new one in a couple days. I thought It was going to cost my an "arm and leg"!!! I was freakn SHOCKED!!! Fast Service 8/19/2008

I needed a visa to enter Brazil and when I called the Consulate, they told me it could take up to 10 business days! I called different expediting companies and Direct Passport told me they could get it for me in 4 days. I was very skeptical at first, but then after reading all the other reviews, I thought I'd give them a shot. I was going to burn my ticket either way if I couldn't get it! Sure enough, they called me back in 4 days and I went to their office and picked up my Passport. It's worth the extra $75.00! Thanks Tony ;) Pros: Excellent Service more

It was less than two weeks before I was supposed to leave on vacation with my family to Africa. The trip I had ALWAYS wanted to go on, but i had a problem, I couldnt find my passport anywhere! With less than two weeks to get a passport I didnt think it was going to be possible to get one. I was wrong. The people at Direct Passport and Visa Services were able to pick up my paperwork at my work and get me my passport in the time I needed. If it wasnt for these people, i wouldnt be going on my dream vacation. THANK YOU! more

Saved our Vacation! 7/23/2008

Had two days to get my passport renewed or lose our vacation to the Bahamas. Direct Passport got my information at 3:00pm on Tuesday and handed me my passport at 12:00pm on Wednesday. No way I could have navigated the bureaucracy on my own and made the trip. Worth every penny to let the pros run with the ball. Class act and very professional! Highly recommended! more

If you need your passport fast, this is the place to go! 6/10/2008

This place was awesome. I needed my passport faster than I could get it through normal expedited government service, so I came here. It was VERY easy, not a ton of extra paperwork or anything, just like one or 2 extra pieces of paper that I needed (you can find it all at the website). The guy there was real cool, super nice. I got my passport REALLY fast, like in two days. And it wasn't expensive at all, especially compared to any online expediting services. Great customer service, great communication, fast service. If you're in the houston area, and you need your passport or visa fast, this is definitely the place to go. Pros: friendly, fast, inexpensive Cons: none more

If you've ever had to get a passport by yourself, you'll definitely appreciate the help from Direct Passports and Visa Service. No more filling out several forms, no more standing in line for hours at the post office. So much easier and convenient to use a passport service, Direct Passports had a friendly staff and took care of my needs, I don't know what I was thinking the first time I got a passport on my own, the convenience alone is worth the price, plus they can get your passport much faster than you could if you were doing it by yourself. Great Passport and Visa Service 4/23/2008

Direct passports and visa services is a great way to receive a passport or visa with no hassle. I basically just had to fill out one application with my information and the guys just handled the rest of the work. Especially if you need your passport in short notice they can get it to you within one business day. I didn't need mine within one day but it was an option that was available. I got my passport back and didn't have to go through waiting in line at the passport office and getting mad over all the long lines. When I went to get my passport in California I went to the post office waited in line and they gave me hell until i finally got out of there. I didn't get my passport because I got fed up with them so when I moved here, I just went to Direct Passports and they pretty much handled me with care. I recommend them because of their kind work, friendly attitude, and efficient work. Pros: They do most of your work for you Cons: havent found one yet I was taken care of very well more

Fast Passport Service A+++ 4/7/2008

I had a vacation planned to leave within 3 weeks with my family and the Houston Passport Office said it could take up to 6 weeks to receive my passport. I called around and Direct Passports was able to obtain my passport in 2 DAYS!! They are registered with the US gov. to process rush passports.
