I discovered at midnight on a Wednesday night that my passport was expiring on Friday and we were traveling on Saturday morning. We got online immediately and tried calling and emailing whoever would respond to us. Shockingly, Direct Passport (Tony) not only responded by email, but then called us and literally spent the next 2 hours at our beckon call to walk us through the process of completing paperwork. I live in Austin so I had to drive to Houston, since the ONLY way to have my passport renewed by Saturday am, was to be in Houston the next morning by 8 am to take my photos and get all the paperwork to Tony by 8:30 am so he could make it to the State Department office by 9 am (the cutoff for submitting passports). Murphy's Law occurred and the Walgreens we called at 2 am who said they have a working machine to take the photos did not! We were working against the clock, so we found another photo place and then Tony met me at the CVS and then headed downtown to the State Department which was at 8:40 am!! Tony made the deadline and then went to pick up the new passport the next day (Friday) at 3 pm and then drove to the bus station and put my passport on a bus to Austin. My renewed passport was in my hands at 9 pm the night before we left. I was going to Mexico for my sister's 40th birthday with my whole family, so it would have been a disaster if I could not make it. TONY MADE IT ALL HAPPEN!!! They are the nicest, most responsive people I have ever worked with. Tony even gave me a cute, powder blue leather passport holder. Please use them before trying someone else. Direct Passport delivered exactly what they promised. I was at their door at 7:15?..filled out the paperwork, left by 7:50 and had my passport by 5pm that SAME DAY. They told me that getting it the same day is not available and that he would try his best to get it the same day?.Yet they did! We needed travel visas quickly and there were several bumbs in the road (created on our end) and Direct Passports couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful...they worked with us and got us exactly what we needed in the time required....and went above and beyond in some cases to do so. One of my superiors needed a visa to Egypt and I was left in charge of obtaining it for him. I had no idea what to do and I remembered I had received a flier from a company that offered these services: Direct Passport and Visa. I gave them a call?they guided me step by step on all the procedures and paperwork that was needed to get the visa. After I had my documents gathered, I contacted them via email and they came by and personally picked up the paperwork from our office. I can't believe the services this company offers! I had to attend a conference in Beijing and I realized that I didn't have any validity on my current Chinese Visa. Not to mention I didn't have enough required pages in my passport in order to process a new Chinese Visa! I called Direct passport and they said they could get me extra pages in my passport and then process my Chinese Visa in a total of 3 days! I gave them the job... within two hours they were at my office picking up all of my paperwork! Yes, I did pay a total of $250.00 just for their services but I compared prices online and they were very competitive. Not to mention I could have never twisted the bureaucracy of the passport office or the Chinese Consulate myself. Let the pros do the the job! You will be highly recommended! Tony saved the day for my husband's trip to Brazil. He was traveling to Sao Paulo for a conference and we didn't realize he needed a visa until he got to the airport and they wouldn't let him check in. We thought all was lost as everyone else said it would take 15 business days, minimum. My son went on his first trip to germany to visit his grandparents. Since my schedule was so busy I didn?t even notice that his passport was expired.
