Toyota works with me, as their customer to find an appt. time that fits my schedule. And while my Prius is being serviced they provide me a ride home. I feel secure knowing my car is in good hands! more

The personal relationship with my advisor 2/6/2015

I called Richard on Monday and wanted to bring my car in and then asked if Tuesday would be better. I set the appt for Tuesday and had an email shortly thereafter confirming it. I always call Richard when I need service. He doesn't always quote the price I'd like to hear but I don't feel like he's trying to rip me off either. Overall, I like the service you provide. He takes care of both of my Toyotas. more

I made an apt. to have my new truck serviced. I use it for work. The dealer got me in right on schedule and finished sooner than promised. I was back to work sooner than expected. The service manager was super nice and answered all my questions I had about my new truck. I wouldn't take it anywhere else! more

Great service! Easy to drop off car after hours. Responded quickly with the issues. Shuttle was quick. No hassles in providing a rental. Paperwork for everything was extremely quick. I will always come here to service my car!!! more
