Warning light on my 2014 Camry. Rick Goetjen had my tires checked for air pressure. One tire was a bit low. Rick offered to check for a hidden nail. Turns out there was a nail. Tire fixed, no more problem. Rick is helpful and a professional. more

My Last Visit 2/24/2015

I had a very busy week. On Friday night, I realized I didn't take my car in for service. On Saturday morning, I called and they made an appt. I went in and they were BUSY! They took my car serviced it and returned it within 30 minutes of the time promised. EXCELLENT service! more

Customer Service Perfection 2/20/2015

I have a Lexus, and I'm particular about my car. But, instead of taking it to a Lexus dealer for service, I choose to take my car to Toyota of HB. Why? Because of the excellent customer service, the friendliness of the staff, the care they give my car, and the great prices. Omar is my service rep, and he makes me feel like family.
