another good buy 10/6/2010

We bought a 2008 Sienna 2 yrs. ago. Duy Dang took care and followed up with all of our questions/needs. It was the most enjoyable experience for us in a car dealership. Yesterday, we bought a 2010 Camry-- We made sure that Duy was working before we went in. Again, ANOTHER GREAT EXPERIENCE. Duy delivered again for us. Duy continues to treat us with respect, he listens and answers to our needs. If you want a new or used car, we highly recommend Duy Dang to take care of your purchasing experience at Toyota of Gladstone. Over the last two years, some of my friends and 2 coworkers have bought their cars after I told them about Duy. Needless to say, they were and are extremely happy with the services that were provided by Duy and the dealership. Kudos to Duy Dang!!!!! more

Over the years, I have purchased several cars and the last 3 have been Toyota's. I have never been treated as well as I have been treated at Gladstone Toyota. First of all, I did an internet price search using both COSTCO and Consumers Report referrals to the dealer. Gladstone's price was considerably below all other prices quoted and, additionally, Seth Dustin, their internet manager was straight forward and very honest throughout the whole dealing. Gladstone promised several ""extras"" on the Highlander we bought and, even though some of them were not on the car when delivered, they, without hesitation, met all of their commitments, some of which were only verbal and not in the contract. I have had one service appointment with this dealership and my service advisor reflected the same sort of candor and honesty in dealing with my questions and concerns. Everyone I have met at this company, and they ensured I even met the General Manager, has been open, friendly and very straightforward. Very unusual for a car dealer, and very refreshing more

It worked 9/29/2010

Over the past 4-5 years, I have met and worked with many of the staff at Toyota of Gladstone, from the General Manager to the Service Department. All have made me feel very welcome and have worked very hard to make sure I get what I want and need. They are my trusted advisors, as well as sales/service staff. This recent visit was basically an inquiry, as I didn't think it was possible to make a purchase at this time, but they located the perfect car and did everything in their power to make it come together. It worked!! We felt it was a miracle! Each and every staff member has my trust and, in many cases, my friendship. Amazing group of international people! I'm so very fortunate to have found this dealership and worked with Phil Habibi all those years ago. I now can send my friends there, with the trust that they will be treated with courtesy, respect and a genuine concern to make a fair and honest sale. more

Duy Dang was a great salesperson 9/21/2010

I had great experience working with Duy Dang, he was very nice, friendly and did not push in any way but helped me on my purchased of a brand new Toyota Camry quite enjoyable at a fair price and helped me get the approval of 0% with fairly low credit score! but Duy Dang made it happened. I just wanted to thank Duy Dang and his general sales manager Mr. Dick Stiefel and the finance manager Mr. Sean Kim very much for helping me on my purchase; it was such a great experience at Toyota of Gladstone; best salesman, friendly, great services and a big new and used vehicles selection. I will tell my friends to see Duy Dang when they are ready to purchase a new or used vehicle for sure. Thanks again. more

Best 9/17/2010

This is the second car I have bought completely online from Seth Dustin in a year. I tell him the car I want. He gets it. I sign the paperwork and drive home. I drive 5 1/2 hours to get a car from Toyota of Gladstone. Best service I have ever had. I will need another car next year and Toyota of Gladstone is where I will buy it. Friendly and intelligent staff. Go to the best. Go to Toyota of Gladstone. Do like I did and do it all online. more

we love our venza 9/10/2010

We are very happy with our new Venza! Brian worked hard to help us get everything we wanted on our new car and was very patient, even when we kept changing our minds with respect to color. We liked the fact that he kept in touch with us, but did not push us into making a decision. He spent a lot of time with us when we picked up the car explaining how everything worked. I would recommend Brian and Anton to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota! more

I'd recommend this dealer for any car purchase. We were very specific about the type of vehicle we wanted and even called ahead to be sure that they had it in stock. We were concerned with getting in and out of there with a new car in under 2 hours, as we usually have our toddler with us or with a sitter and find hanging out at car dealerships unbearably boring. more

I recently purchased a Toyota Certified Prius. I went to several Toyota dealerships in the Portland area and found Toyota of Gladstone to be the easiest to work with and they had the best selection of vehicles. We agreed on a fair price and I was pleased with the speed and ease of the purchase process. The sales team met all of their commitments to make sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle. Friendly and helpful 8/6/2010

Troy was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all and I really appreciate that. They were willing to negotiate, he answered all my questions, and he even interacted with my kids. He went out to my van that was being serviced and got my kids car seats out so we could go for a test drive. I would recommend buying a vehicle from him to anyone! Thank you so much!! more

The staff at the used car dealership went out of their way to make me happy with my purchase. The 2005 Dodge Magnum we bought was low on fuel and there was a scratch in the bumper which the dealership promised to take care of. The gas tank was filled and the bumper was repaired without delay. The dealership even took care of a few other minor things wrong with the car to make us happy. The finance person, Jamshid, even rushed the paperwork for us because we had two small children with us that needed to get to bed as we had been out all day car shopping. The overall experience was excellent and it was the first time we have been treated so well by a dealership. I want to give a special thank you to Ron Roth and Derek Denny, they took care of everything I asked for with a smile and great attitude. The next time I am in the market for a new or used car I will definitely go back to Toyota of Gladstone. more

Had a great experience working with Scott and Seth. They were matter-of-fact, straightforward, and didn't mask anything about the transaction. In addition, the finance guy presented the available options and did not pressure me on those that I declined. I was out of there in just over an hour. Thumbs up. more

Jenny is the greatest and represents very well all of her associates, from Sales to Service. No matter the automotive need we have had with our 2008 Camry, purchased new at Toyota of Gladstone, we have always received stellar, extra-mile customer service from Jenny and her team. Even when other options are available, Jenny is just one of the outstanding reasons we continue to return for service. Jenny rocks! more

I would highly recamend Toyota of Gladstone car dealership to anyone who is tired of high preasure salesman. We were able to find and buy just the right turck that we were looking for, with dealers that were kind, thoughtful and very courteous to us. We were able to get it for the price that we asked for,and had a very pleasent experience with both Jeff and David. There were other salesmen there that were just as pleasent as Jeff and David. We feel very greatful for buying our truck at Toyota of Gladstone. more
