Fast service, friendly faces 2/17/2011

Well not only were the staff friendly, but also very knowledgable. The service department went above and beyond in showing me what was needed to be replaced. Not just telling me what needed to be done but actually showing me. You just dont see this kind of service anymore. They also do very detailed inspections to make sure that the vehicle is in great working condition. Fast service, friendly faces, and very knowledgable. What more can I say? more

Not just telling me what needed to be done but actually showing me. You just dont see this kind of service anymore. Toyota the awesome way!!! 1/6/2011

This was the best expierence that I have ever had buying a new car! I worked with Scott in the internet department and he made everything simply and easy. There were no suprises and I even got you drive my new Rav4 off of the red carpet on the showroom floor. I would recoment this dealer to anyone who askes me. more

Duy & Jamshed where very pleasant and easy to work with and i would reccomend those two anytime you need to purchase a new car. They helped the process and gave me a great deal on my 2010 tundra! Duy and Jamshed have been great this is the second time i have bought a car from them and will continue in the future. Great rate , great prices and excellent service. more

i am impressed 10/22/2010

This was my third buying experience with Toyota of Gladstone. I was interested in buying a new Yaris and wanted to keep my payments the same with no out-of-pocket expense. The sales staff figured out a way for me to move up to a new Camry with all of the options that I wanted. After driving my new car home I discovered that one of the options I wanted was not installed. Ron and Rich immediately corrected this problem by having this item installed at dealer expense. Also, I am very impressed with the service department and the work that they do. Jenny has made sure that all of my Toyota's are in top condition. I will continue to do business with Gladstone Toyota and to recommend them to my friends and associates. Sam more

best car buying experience 10/18/2010

Best car buying experience so far, when and if we need/want another car we will come back here. Bought a Camry here in 2003, traded it in for a 2008 Lexus and now have traded the Lexus in on the Highlander. We are totally satisfied at this point! more

We had a great experience when we purchased or 2009 Corolla, and a better experience when we traded it in for our 2010 Corolla S model...Thanks agaian! more
