Scheduled my appointment for the day after I called. Service check-in was very efficient. Called with price on part I inquired about. Called when car was ready. Very efficient check-out and pick-up of car. Completed my service log booklet. more

a very nice experience 7/26/2011

My car was done before the specified time. I even received a phone call stating that my car was done and ready for pick-up. The service writer was up-front about what needed to be done at my 30,000 mile service and how much it would cost. I was offered a shuttle service to take me to and from my home-- that was a very nice experience. more
