Review content:
The staff at the used car dealership went out of their way to make me happy with my purchase. The 2005 Dodge Magnum we bought was low on fuel and there was a scratch in the bumper which the dealership promised to take care of. The gas tank was filled and the bumper was repaired without delay. The dealership even took care of a few other minor things wrong with the car to make us happy. The finance person, Jamshid, even rushed the paperwork for us because we had two small children with us that needed to get to bed as we had been out all day car shopping. The overall experience was excellent and it was the first time we have been treated so well by a dealership. I want to give a special thank you to Ron Roth and Derek Denny, they took care of everything I asked for with a smile and great attitude. The next time I am in the market for a new or used car I will definitely go back to Toyota of Gladstone.
