I had bought a car here at toyota of gladstone and decided the first time was a good experience so why not return for another one? So I decided to call Duy Dang to help me. The first phone call I made I wasn't so sure if he remembered who I was since it had been more than 2 years since I had bought my first car there. Surprisingly he remembered exactly who I was and what car I had boughten. Their customer service is beyond excellent, but there is no word for me to express how excellent Duy Dang was. He was beyond excellent. The day I called him to see if I would be able to get another car was the day I went up there and bought my car! That was how fast and prompt his work was. Very high quality work. He's super friendly and very prompt on answering any questions I had. My overall experience was beyond great and I dont know if I'd ever go to any other dealerships! I can go on and on about Duy Dang and this dealership but it would be super long! I highly recommend this dealership if anyone is looking for friendliness high quality customer service. I had about a million questions for Duy Dang but he did not seem to be bothered and answered every one of my questions thoroughly and even more! Great dealership and awesome dealers! Roger did a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable in my purchase. He and Toyota of Gladstone worked with me to get me the monthly payment that worked best for me. I had the honor to be his first sale and will keep the tie as a reminder. I came in looking for a car for my specific needs and Roger had so much knowledge and helped me find a car that fit my needs. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I bought, showing me all the basics but also all the specifics for that car. He twice explained how everything worked so I would be comfortable. I noticed a problem with the hubcaps and he immediately worked out the problem so they could be replaced at no cost to me. Our Salesman Paul was great. It really showed that he had a lot of experience. Even more important to me than details of cars (because I do my own research) Paul knows how to make the entire transaction go as smoothly as possible. I can't believe it! You don't see THIS kind of Customer Service these days. Jenny spends time with me so I can understand keeping up the periodic maintenance on my Prius actually saves me money. I trust her so much that when I want to buy a new Prius I would trust only her to sell me a car. One of the reasons I have recommended Jenny in Service at Toyota of Gladsone several times is because she makes it EASY to fit maintenance for my aging car in my busy schedule. I have been looking for a new vehicle for some time. I have visited many Dealerships in my area but nothing to the caliber or professionalism I experienced at Toyota of Gladstone. I was put in touch with a sales person by the name of Mr. Duy Dang. I gave Mr. Dang the type and model of the vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Dang contacted me about 25 minutes later and had three vehicles that matched my search criteria. Mr Dang assisted me over the phone and made preparations for me to drive there and purchase the vehicle. I live in California and had to drive well over 12hours to get to this Dealership. I have never been to a Dealership and purchased a new vehicle without spending the day going back and forth with the sales staff. I arrived at Toyota of Gladstone around 8:30 in the morning and was met by Mr. Dang and the Manager Mr. David Elder. This was even before the Dealership was opened for business. I walked on the showroom floor and my vehicle was sitting on the showroom floor waiting for my purchase. I went in to the finance area and completed ALL of the financing paperwork in less than one hour!! No hassles, no games. When I came back out to the showroom floor, Duy had made sure my vehicle was detailed and filled my gas tank. Duy and the sales team showed me all of the features that were on my newly purchased vehicle. (This took longer than the financing) When I had completed the indepth in-service training, I was given the keys and drove my new vehicle off the showroom floor. Toyota of Gladstone has brought back an American concept of customer service that is not experienced in other Dealerships. I will NEVER go to another car dealership to buy another vehicle. Duy Dang's attention to detail and customer service dedication is far above the norm. The dealership is managed by Mr. David Elder. Mr. Elder has assembled a true winning team at Toyota of Gladstone! Service is very important to us. Are people put alot of miles on the cars and trucks that we have. Peggy and her Green team does a super job for us. Five years or more I brought in two camrys to be serviced, because I was unhappy with another dealership. Then I added two more camrys. The owner of Emerick Const. wantedto know how the service department was doing. I said they are great!!! So, Emerick purchased more camrys and one Highlander for the owner. We now bring ten cars for service. Two of the camrys has over 188,000 miles do to the great service. I started out with Peggy. Now they have different teams (green, blue, etc). Peggy and her Green Team has done a super job for us!!! Everyone goes out of their way to help you (Service Dept,Service Mgr,Parts,Shuttle service,Sales Dept,etc). They were very professional, as I use to be in the car business and am very familiar with how the whole process works from front to back they kept up with all my questions as far as how they were presenting the numbers back to me. Duy Dang was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He gave me the best deal that I know I cannot get anywhere else, and from anyone else. He was very very nice, he did not feel like he was “selling” me a car. He did not make me feel pressured at all. He asked what I wanted and then came up with the best options that I could do and afford. He is caring about his customers and I feel he is the best guy to buy a car from, no matter where you live. Unquestionably the best dealership on the West Coast. I now reside in the California wine country and just made the 12+ hour drive (each way) solely to purchase my newest vehicle from Duy at Toyota of Gladstone. This recent purchase (a 2011 4Runner) is the 3rd, or 4th vehicle that I have purchased from Duy. Duy's sense of customer service and attention to detail is impeccable. A quick example: on the day that I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, I was hung up elsewhere and needed to get the 4Runner to a nearby Les Schwab for the installation of custom tires before they closed. When I called Duy and explained my problem, he dropped what he was doing and delivered the new 4Runner to the store, then waited for me until I arrived. The new vehicle, which I had never seen before, was immaculately prepared and EXACTLY as he had described. Later, Duy took the time to fully explain the features and operation of the new vehicle. Duy followed up by phone, text and email the next day to make sure that I had made it back to Northern California ok and that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Wow, even my own family doesn't show that kind of concern! This dealership, which is managed by David Elder, is clean, friendly, fair, and game and drama free. The pricing is always fair, the service department is reliable and accommodating, and they are clearly more interested in maintaining lifetime customers than a quick sale. Over the years I have referred a number of family and friends to Duy at Toyota of Gladstone, and all have become repeat customers. In one instance a friend in California flew to Portland to pick up his new vehicle from Duy. Duy picked him up from the airport (probably 20+ miles each way) and transported him back to the dealership to complete the delivery. This I might add, was not even a new vehicle, but a used vehicle. Truly first rate service and dedication! more

The fact that this dealership definitely remembers their long-time customers on a first name basis, provides thorough explanations model options, and carefully show the "how to" get familiar with new car workings has always impressed me. Just purchased my 4th car in 5 yrs at Gladstone -- 2010 Prius IV. While I was hoping for a little higher value on my 2010 Corolla trade-in, at least the explanations and effort put forth to 'make the deal' yielded a positive experience. This was my third buying experience with Toyota of Gladstone. I was interested in buying a new Yaris and wanted to keep my payments the same with no out-of-pocket expense. The sales staff figured out a way for me to move up to a new Camry with all of the options that I wanted. After driving my new car home I discovered that one of the options I wanted was not installed. Ron and Rich immediately corrected this problem by having this item installed at dealer expense. Also, I am very impressed with the service department and the work that they do. Jenny has made sure that all of my Toyota's are in top condition.
