Roger did a fabulous job of making me feel comfortable in my purchase. He and Toyota of Gladstone worked with me to get me the monthly payment that worked best for me. I had the honor to be his first sale and will keep the tie as a reminder. I came in looking for a car for my specific needs and Roger had so much knowledge and helped me find a car that fit my needs. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I bought, showing me all the basics but also all the specifics for that car. He twice explained how everything worked so I would be comfortable. I noticed a problem with the hubcaps and he immediately worked out the problem so they could be replaced at no cost to me. I would definitely return to Roger at Toyota of Gladstone when I look for a car to purchase next time.
