I can't believe it! You don't see THIS kind of Customer Service these days. Jenny spends time with me so I can understand keeping up the periodic maintenance on my Prius actually saves me money. I trust her so much that when I want to buy a new Prius I would trust only her to sell me a car. One of the reasons I have recommended Jenny in Service at Toyota of Gladsone several times is because she makes it EASY to fit maintenance for my aging car in my busy schedule. A working Mom needs someone that is on your side,knows your budget and keeps me ahead of schedule. I Love Toyota's concept, "Let us take care of your drive!" If you have people just like Jenny throughout your Service Departments, then believe me people will continue to buy Toyota, I am on my fourth in my lifetime. Lisa Preble, gladstone, OR
