I like RJS, I do but lately when I go, it seems very inattentive to the customers needs. It's as though they are so busy they can't really connect with the customer. This was after I redeemed my Groupon deal for the facial and the massage. more

Incredible Facial Made my Face Look and Feel years younger! 1/14/2012

I had a 90 minute green spa facial as a gift from my daughter and son-in-law. It was such a treat. I do not usually spend much time on myself, but the facial was so relaxing and pleasant, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My face was as soft as a baby's behind when I was finished. The surroundings were quiet, warm and very private and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. more

As always, a fantastic experience 1/12/2012

I'm beginning to think that the good folks at RJSS are a bit clairvoyant ... I had a TERRIBLE day and happened to have a haircut scheduled with Richard at 4:00. When I walked in, Jeremy was his usual kind self - knows me by name and greeted me warmly. Richard saw me - came out and said how happy he was to see me. Then Sam introduced himself and shampooed my hair ... but it was so much more than "shampooing my hair" - we talked about innocuous topics, and felt the tension in my neck. He gently encouraged me to relax and enjoy the shampoo .. told me what great skin I had .. was generally as kind as could be. I felt very "taken care of" and, as always, Richard was fun and gave me a great new look. THANK YOU for turning around a pretty awful day, RJSS! I will NEVER EVER go anywhere else!! more

Hour massage 1/4/2012

Amyy was great--wonderful massage; however, I was very disappointed not to have the total SPA experience i.e. did not know the food bar was not opened on Mondays as I have never been there on that day. I was looking forward to a little snack(missed lunch) and a warm beverage. (Amy did offer cold water) If I had not been before and experienced the "total SPA experience"--I would not consider returning for more services. Please let clients know that Mondays are services only!!! No pampering!!!Average visit-not special. more

Manicure chairs are dying 12/31/2011

Salon Ambiance 12/26/2011

While I had a great experience Dec 24 at the salon, I found the layout and decor confusing and unfocused. It was easy to get lost walking from one area to another. I stumbled into back of the house areas, thru color and hair treatment areas, product sales and stocking areas. Some one with work and traffic flow experience needs to organize this salon. It seemed cramped and unfocused, while occupying what seems to be a big space. The salon was not very busy being the day before Christmas, I can't imagine how claustrophobic it would be if it were full. more
