Review content:
While I had a great experience Dec 24 at the salon, I found the layout and decor confusing and unfocused. It was easy to get lost walking from one area to another. I stumbled into back of the house areas, thru color and hair treatment areas, product sales and stocking areas. Some one with work and traffic flow experience needs to organize this salon. It seemed cramped and unfocused, while occupying what seems to be a big space. The salon was not very busy being the day before Christmas, I can't imagine how claustrophobic it would be if it were full.
