Eight years . . . 10/31/2011

For eight years I've been going to RJSS, and I have to say that I've never had a better experience anywhere. From the moment Jeremy or Courtney answer the phone to the moment I walk out the door, I am being treated like a queen. Some folks talk about the expense but the attention I receive and the way I look when I leave make it worth every penny. If I'm in a hurry, they accommodate me - if I want to dawdle, they are happy to have me hang out and relax. Tometricia is a wizard with the keratin treatment and no one will ever touch scissors to my hair but Richard. I reliably have great results from RJSS - I'll never go anywhere else! more

Techs were running late which caused my hour long pedicure to turn into a half an hour! The woman didn't even apologize for running 15 mins late. I couldn't even enjoy my 3 treatments that day bc I was stressing on time which I was told before the appointment I would have more than enough time. The woman who did my facial was late more

"Downgraded" 10/24/2011

I had a 9:00 am appointment scheduled for a 75 minute scalp & reflexology massage. I was kept waiting until about 9:20 and then was told by the therapist that there would not be time enough for 75 minutes and that I would be "downgraded" (exact words) to an hour. So what I got was a pretty good scalp/neck/shoulder massage - but nothing else. My discount for this whole scenario was 10% off the $95 cost ($9.50). The money isn't even the issue - I guess what I still don't understand is why I was the one that got "downgraded" - did not get the service I signed up for - when I was on time - early actually - the therapist had a client before me - was she late and still got her full service? I never got an explanation. more
