I had just purchased my 2010 and almost 30days I had a slight problem (engine light and another issue) I called and was given an appoinment to bring it in (7:15a). The service rep was very helpful in informing me what my warranty covered etc. The only thing I had a issue with was the time I didnt know it was going to take a couple of days. I thought it would be out the end of that day, which I think it might have surprised them as well. If I would have known having a vehicle (loaned out) would have been appreciated. But I was glad to get my car back and the techs and reps were clean and professional. Even when I was help if someone saw me standing they asked if I had been assisted so they have the concept of customer service and they follow-up behind one another.
