Review content:
My car's audio system could not be shut down so I brought it back to this dealership where I bought it. The service rep couldn't fix it so he told me to just leave the car there for a few days. I asked for a loaner car and he refused to offer. I told him this was warranty work so I should get a loaner since I was already inconvenient by a defective product. In short, I have to make it a big deals before it is finally offered to me. 2 stars for finally given a loaner or else it would be zero
