Recently bought a 2015 Escape and was very pleased with the customer service when purchasing the vehicle. Antonio was great!!

I will not return 7/17/2015

I was very unhappy there were large greasy fingerprints on the inside of my truck. They charged me $57 to clean the battery post and put the resistant Coating to retard corrosion I'm surprised the truck started the battery cables were loose I had to tighten them up. This poor workmanship makes me wonder about the repairs they did that are not so easily inspected more

Take your Ford elsewhere for service 7/14/2015

Zero stars. The service department does not treat all customers equally. As a customer you have to seek out information about the status of your vehicle and follow up when your vehicle isn't ready when promised. When your vehicle is ready you have to ask what exactly was done and if there are any recommendations for the future. The staff is not proactive in providing information. They are not interested in you as a customer - they just want you to sign your paperwork and get off the lot so they can get as many customers through as possible. more

It was a new car with a defective bumper. They r not fixing it. I would never buy another ford from them again. The car was stolen and they didnt tell me. more

I was treated very well when checking in for service. I was told about recalls on my car and when I could get the work done. They also told me that the will price match any competitor for tires...which my car needs. more

Last servicing 7/7/2015

After 5 happy years driving our 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid, we went in for our last servicing (as part of our service play we paid for at purchase) this past week and were very impressed by the service staff, especially Phillip in the tires, who was tremendously helpful in getting new tires (as we were at the 60,000 mile mark). Thanks, Ford Store and Phillip! more

Danny and Gus were extremely helpful in getting me exactly what i needed without much hassle at all. It can be time consuming and frustrating when getting a new car, but they made it extremely easy. Also, really love my new ford edge. Drives amazing. more

Had a real pleasant experience with the Ford Store Lincoln. Was cross shopping with Jeep. If it weren't for Faisal Aziz and his effort into selling me every detail that comes along with a Lincoln I probably would have bought the Jeep. This kid is truly the future of Lincoln. Great job San Leandro and Faisal Aziz! more

I went there because I got a recall letter in the mail so I went their for them to inspect it. Ten minutes later they said they can't do anything because they don't have the parts they could've told me that over the phone. I wasted my gas. more

Service department scratched my brand new car 6/29/2015

Bought a brand new 2015 Focus ST at San Leandro Ford. Got a great price. Unfortunately there was a non-Ford alarm installed, which damaged a panel where it was mounted. I asked for it to be removed/fixed and they agreed. After waiting almost a month for the part to come in, the service department damaged my vehicles airbag, taking out the non Ford alarm, and couldn't return the car to me as promised. When I arrived to pick up my brand new car it had a scratch in the bumper that was NOT there when I dropped it off for service. more
