This was the first time we used Floors to Go in Anniston. We found their shop because we wanted new flooring. Neil was the gentleman that helped us with our flooring selection. He was nice and informative. We ended up going with a laminate flooring for three bedrooms, a den, a hall, and a dining area. The installers were nice, professional and cleaned after themselves. The service took a total of two days. They removed the carpet and then made the installation. Everyone we worked with was professional, extremely easy to deal with, and provided quality service. more

I can not rate Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor highly enough. I purchased carpeting for two rooms, kitchen flooring, granite counter tops and a back splash. Everybody is so personable and outgoing. They are willing to provide everything you want and need. Greg the installer and Kathy the sales person are both amazing. I love them and they are wonderful. Everything came out absolutely beautiful! I appreciate how much out of their way they went to please me. I hope to use them again in the future. more

The installers at Floors To Go were fantastic and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We had a problem with our basement and had to have the floors replaced with English Walnut vinyl wood floors. It's a new product and it looks like real wood. It's the kind where if the floor gets wet again, we can take it up, dry it, and put it back. I really like it. The lead installer knew what he was doing. When they walked in, they immediately started--there was no playing around about it--and they made no mistakes. I had another company do wood floors upstairs and when they did the finishing on it, one of them stepped on it before it dried. They came back to supposedly buff it out but it's still there with a rug over it. We had no such problems with Floors to Go. more

So far, so good! Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor was right on the ball with our new floors. We saw them first on Property Brothers and went looking for them. They were good to us, and clean, too! They installed 1,100 square feet of the vinyl plank, so it was a big choice for us. We make sure to put the little pads on the floor under the furniture, because it does scrape. We're being very cautious about pulling the shades to keep it from fading, too. We love the way it looks -- people mistake it for hardwood! more

Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor has good customer service! We had a little problem where we had some nails sticking up on the threshold, and they came back to repair it, no questions asked. They were very responsive, and they provided very friendly service! This was the second time we'd used them. They put tile in for us about five years ago, and we've been very well-satisfied. We just love our carpet! It's so comfortable we could sleep on it! We dropped something on it recently, and it came right off. We're real pleased! more

I've been using Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor for about 10 years. I don't use anybody else but Abbey. I've had them put carpet in 4 rooms, and this last time I got linoleum flooring put in. I'm real pleased with the service from the people that put the flooring in, and I'm pleased with the person that came to measure the rooms. more

I love my new floors! I just wanted to send you a message to let you know what a great experience it was from start to finish. Y'all did my kitchen floor during a remodel a couple of years ago and I was very pleased with the outcome. I had you measure the rest of my house but I could not afford it at that time. However, you kept your word and called me when you were having the one day sale this year. You were busy with other customers when I came in that evening, so Ron worked with me on the purchase. I was excited that I could afford the flooring after working with Ron. You told me you would send some of your best installers to do the job. You kept your word on that as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the installation process. Darryl Hamby and his crew were great to work with. They did a wonderful job and took great pains to move my furniture safely. They were very nice, professional, and luckily were dog lovers as well as my new puppy really took to them. Thanks again for all your help. Every time I called or visited the Anniston store the experience was pleasant and the staff helpful. I have recommended Abbey Carpet and Darryl Hamby to several people already and will continue to do so. more

Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor come out do it when they say they would, do great work, and always make sure to clean up afterwards. The job is always done really well and professionally. I've been using them for about a year now for installing carpet in my new house. I've worked with them on multiple projects, maybe around 20-25, and everything always turns out well. I loved going into Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor. They had a vast selection to choose from and were very helpful when I was trying to select a product fit for my needs. I do wish the installation went more seamlessly than it did. I had to call them back because I wasn't satisfied with the way they put in the molding. They didn't caulk off some parts and there's also a space in one of the tiles that I would like to have filled. I was very satisfied with the shopping experience and thought the installers worked quietly and efficiently. I just wish they didn't have to return a couple more times to fix things that should have been done correctly the first time. The prices were a little high. I did think everyone I spoke to was very professional and friendly. more

Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor was wonderful. They came and measured and told me how much I needed and what the cost would be. They got their best men to put my flooring down, and they took care of it like it was their own home. I have a large hallway, so they had to angle it without going straight into the den. Even though it was very difficult work, they really did a fantastic job. When my neighbor came and looked at it, I recommended them to her and she got new hardwood floors put in with them. My son in Georgia also got a big order from them and recommended them to their neighbors too, so it's just a huge pile of recommendations. more

I didn't have to ask them to do anything, they did what they had to do, and they put my furniture back. I got carpet put in my bedroom, and then I had them come back to do some laminate flooring in the living room and dining room. I was very pleased and very satisfied. more

I would have given Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor a five in the beginning but I've had some problems come up with them. We had laminate floors installed and carpet put in all the bedrooms. My air conditioning unit pipe was clogged and ruined the floor. That issue wasn't their fault but they came back out and fixed it. The first guys that installed the floors were wonderful but the second guys that came were unprofessional, cursing, and arguing with each other. So I called and spoke with Jason who has always been very nice. I had to get them to come back out when the crown molding started to come up and I found nails were sticking out near the bathroom. Now I have to call them back again because the threshold in one of the bedrooms and in another room is coming up. RESPONSE FROM Floors To Go: We regret that a bad experience was had by the customer with the second installation crew that went to repair the job. We have high expectations of professionalism from our people and do not allow any sort of behavior otherwise. We would like to note that the crew was reprimanded and informed that any subsequent unprofessional behavior will result in termination of any further work from Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor. We value our customers and take pride in giving them an enjoyable experience from the first contact, whether on the phone or in the store, through to a finished job, and any assistance that may be needed after the job is finished. We would also like to thank Mrs. Calloway for bringing this to our attention so that we could take steps to correct this situation. more
