I loved going into Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor. They had a vast selection to choose from and were very helpful when I was trying to select a product fit for my needs. I do wish the installation went more seamlessly than it did. I had to call them back because I wasn't satisfied with the way they put in the molding. They didn't caulk off some parts and there's also a space in one of the tiles that I would like to have filled.
I was very satisfied with the shopping experience and thought the installers worked quietly and efficiently. I just wish they didn't have to return a couple more times to fix things that should have been done correctly the first time. The prices were a little high. I did think everyone I spoke to was very professional and friendly.
