These people at Floors To Go are super and did everything they said they would do. They put down a new floor and took up the old floor in one of the largest rooms. I had used a contractor for 20 years, and I felt their work had changed. When I went down to Floors To Go, they matched the previous contractor's price and did a better job. The salesperson I worked with said I wouldn't ever have to worry about wear and tear on the new floor. He was really helpful and knew his product. I said that I didn't want to spend a fortune, and I didn't want piece of $@!#%. He gave me the price and even offered to finance it. The staff wasn't late with anything, from the time I walked into their store. I would go there before I'd go anywhere. They know what they are doing and didn't try to cheat me. They were in and out and didn't leave one bit of mess. And, even though it wasn't in the contract to move furniture, because of my age they moved a few pieces and didn't charge me. The people at Floors To Go are very good. more

Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor removed my old carpet and replaced it throughout the house. They did a great job. The carpet wasn't right after the installation, so they sent out another installation crew and redid the whole house, no questions asked and free of charge. They just wanted to make sure we were happy. Their representative came out and wanted to make everything right. She was very pleasant and did a terrific job in getting what we wanted. The installation group they sent out was professional, very friendly, and did an incredible job. They arrived on time and went above and beyond. During the 3-4 days they were at my house, they became part of the family. They treated it like it was their home instead of just a customer's. I am extremely happy with the turn out and I've already recommended them. Kathy helped me select the carpet and the price was great. In this day and age where there's a lack of customer service, I very much appreciated that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. She personally came out to check everything and then followed up afterward. I wish every place was like them. more

I first heard about Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor on television and then I found out that they installed two rooms of carpet in my mom's house so I thought I'd give them a try. From the moment I walked into their showroom I was amazed. The showroom itself was a selling point and after I met Ben Johnson, the sales associate, I knew I was in the right place. Ben explained the different types of carpet and we discussed what would be best for our needs. I took my husband back the next day and he too was sold. We decided to put flooring throughout our home. We purchased carpet, laminate and vinyl flooring at an excellent price. The installers came as arranged and Keith and Tim were experts with their job. They moved furniture, repaired floors, and cut and placed beautiful flooring throughout our home. They were neat, punctual and friendly each day that they came to work on our home. We couldn't have found a better company to take care of our needs. It's been about two months since we got our flooring done and we are still in awe of the transformation that it has made in our home. We would highly recommend Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floors to all of our family and friends and we did!! GREAT JOB GUYS!! more

This was the first time I worked with Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor. We had a brand new home and they filled it with luxury vinyl tile. The outcome was excellent and everyone we worked with was friendly and courteous. The installers cleaned very well when they were finished. We would recommend them. more

The installer from Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor was wonderful and did a great job with our carpets. However, when he wasn't supervising the other workers, they didn't do a very good job. Some parts of the floor didn't look as good as we expected. Other than that, the experience was good. more

I purchased some laminate flooring for my bedroom at Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor. The salesman that helped me make my selection was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The initial installation went well. I had to make a visit to their shop recently because a problem arose with part of the flooring. The manager came out to look at the problem and he said he would replace it. Overall, they are a very helpful company with a good selection of merchandise. I would recommend them. more
