Review content:
The installers at Floors To Go were fantastic and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. We had a problem with our basement and had to have the floors replaced with English Walnut vinyl wood floors. It's a new product and it looks like real wood. It's the kind where if the floor gets wet again, we can take it up, dry it, and put it back. I really like it.
The lead installer knew what he was doing. When they walked in, they immediately started--there was no playing around about it--and they made no mistakes. I had another company do wood floors upstairs and when they did the finishing on it, one of them stepped on it before it dried. They came back to supposedly buff it out but it's still there with a rug over it. We had no such problems with Floors to Go.
