Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor has good customer service! We had a little problem where we had some nails sticking up on the threshold, and they came back to repair it, no questions asked. They were very responsive, and they provided very friendly service!
This was the second time we'd used them. They put tile in for us about five years ago, and we've been very well-satisfied. We just love our carpet! It's so comfortable we could sleep on it! We dropped something on it recently, and it came right off. We're real pleased!
