They gave me a date and time to be there for the flooring and they showed up even a bit early-they started working and didn't stop until it was completed. They were respectful and helpful and did a magnificent job. They didn't wander in my home and didn't use cell phones. Timely, professional, outstanding workmanship. In and out quickly! When we were choosing the new flooring, we actually liked the flooring at a different company and Abbey Carpet went out and purchased the flooring we liked, at no additional expense to us. Keith and his crew came in, ripped up the old carpet and installed laminate flooring throughout our 2000-square-feet home. The floors look awesome! The installers were professional and they did beautiful work. This experience was definitely better that I could have expected to receive with a larger company. Abbey Carpet is a small company, with friendly and accommodating staff. Their staff was very accommodating to our needs and desires. We just can't say enough good things about them. Abbey Carpet Anniston came all the way out here. We had carpet before, so we weren't used to hardwood floors. They laid down our bathroom, middle room, kitchen, about 2200 feet of hardwood floor. They helped us pick out the floor, and were good about narrowing it down. They are an awesome company. You can't beat the price. They really went above and beyond. more

Abbey Carpet Anniston was very accommodating. Their service was great. The main thing for us was that they had a promotion where they moved our furniture for free. That was a huge deal for us, because we have a lot of furniture. They spent more time moving all of that than putting the carpet down. As far as price shopping- their prices are comparable and often it's less than what you'd find somewhere else. We've never had any trouble with installation.
