I want to acknowledge the professionalism and expertise of Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning staff. We have been Taylor customers for years. In May our heat pump needed service. We learned that a part broke and it needed replacing. It was under warranty by the manufacturer. We had a longer than expected wait time to get the parts needed but when they arrived, your team did an excellent job repairing our heat pump. Jordan (and I believe Mark?) started work on our pump on Friday, June 3rd. During the day, I spoke with Sue, Chris, and I believe Aurel came to the house to deliver parts. Every interaction with your staff was a positive and re-assuring experience – always courteous, prompt and kind. Jordan finished work on our heat pump at about 7pm. What a remarkable young man he is. First, the heat pump works great! But just as important, Jordan kept us updated on his progress. He was the epitome of professionalism - polite, well spoken, and explained his work in a way that was understandable. Thank you for providing a team that coordinated this project well and technicians that ably finished the project. We are and will be Taylor-loyal and will gladly recommend you to our friends and family. We are now enjoying a cool, comfortable home (where did that hot weather go??!), thanks to your team. I have used Taylor since 2002 and their service has always been excellent - always on time - installations are always done very efficiently and clean-up is great! I have used their heating and air conditioning, plumbing, house sealing, hot water tank and never had a problem. Highly recommended!! Miscommunication and confusion between the service schedule, off-hours answering service, and the prepaid maintenance scheduler. However, the tech on site (Joseph) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, thorough, and even great with the dog.
