five stars all the way 1/10/2017

I have a 20-year old gas fireplace which has not been working properly and was totally "gone" Christmas morning. From talking with the Taylor office on the phone and the two gentlemen who solved my problem I say a big thank you. Everyone is very pleasant and I certainly will recommend them highly to anyone. Followed through on all issues for major project 1/5/2017

Taylor replumbed my entire basement and installed a new furnace and hot water heater in a new location, which required construction of new hot air ducts. It's an old house, and there were challenges with many aspects of the job, but Taylor followed through on all questions and came back more than a year later to deal with a leak, which was fixed at no charge. Would not hesitate to recommend them. more

They never disappoint 1/2/2017

From the very beginning, Taylor has never disappointed. The first appointment when they assessed my needs and offered advice, to the installation of my new furnace, my yearly maintenance and now when I had a heating issue on Christmas eve. prompt service, very perfessional staff, quick trobleshoot followed by an unrushed qaulity repair. 1/1/2017

i called taylor at 7: 45am , technician came at 8:40am Les was very clean,courteous, and professional. after he did his troubleshooting he explained and showed his findings. he completed the repair in a timely manor. when completed he left the area clean and neat as it was. i can not be more satisfied with the whole staff at Taylor. rarely do you find this level of professionalism with the quality of staff these days. We feel very fortunate that Taylor was recommended to us when we moved to Rochester in 1979 12/19/2016

Taylor has maintained and serviced our furnaces since 1979. They installed our central air about 10 years ago. Now that our long time plumber has retired we are delighted that Taylor has plumbing service! We are secure that our home is in good hands with Taylor. The furnace cleaning experience was very good 12/19/2016

The technician was very knowledgeable and went over the thermostat/batteries, etc. Our furnace is only 4 yrs old so everything went well. We did have Taylor install air conditioning this past July and I asked a few questions about that, which were answered. I did have the tech look at the insulation covering the lines leading to the outdoor compressor. The black covering is totally split open already and crumbling. He commented he also didn't like the way the opening into the house was finished and was going to write a work order to have someone look at it. I realize it is not air conditioning season, however we don't want this to cause problems next summer and have to have service done then. I was expecting a call and have not heard anything.
