Just ridiculous! I haven't had my trash picked up in two weeks, after telling them last week that I'm switching my service to a different company I was assured that my trashed picked up at a discounted rate. Fine, well its Friday and they are closed, what a surprise a full trash bin along with a couch at the end of my driveway. This company only takes check or money order for payment, so paying in any manner other than the stone age is impossible. I like sticking up for the under dog as much as the other guy, but something has to give here. I would recommend to them they better figure out how to not outdate themselves out of business and pick up the trash when they say they will. more

Very poor customer service. I am moving out of state and called to ask about removal for certain items. Before I could tell he a thing she jumps to how Im under contract and have to pay 339.00 to get out of it.She was very angry and rude about it. I explained to her that I moving from a death in the family and continues to tell me I signed a three year contract which is unreal, considering I was understanding it was a year contract. Wow than I call her back to tell jer this Friday will be my last pick up she can mail me a bill for the whole contrsc more

I won't change - even when others give you free months or whatever coupon they have to lure you away from your present company. The people are great - I love our pick-up man - and when you call you may need to leave a message - but who doesn't have to leave messages these days? Their prices are very reasonable, they are very personable, and my husband and I won't change. I even tell my neighbors how much we like them. And to Sami - think again. more

They don't answer they're phone, at all! I didn't believe it at first but I experienced it for myself. This company is stuck in the past. It's 2011 upgrade your service, answer your phone, try returning calls at the very least! Start accepting credit card payments or cash the checks that are sent to you in a timely manner!!! I've sent them checks and it takes them weeks and in some cases over a month to cash them!! Seriously? Overall crapping service, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Only reason they get one star is because they require a rating. They should have the negative star option. more

I have had this service for many many years, they did a decent job picking up the garbage. But in December, 2010 we moved. I called them at the beginning of December to tell them we were moving and they said the last pickup would be December 30, 2010 and I said fine. Well today is January 20, 2011 and they have not picked up the garbage from back in December of 2010. We have called at least 6 times and all you get is the answering service and we have left messages, my wife did talk to the owner and he told her they would get the can and garbage on January 18th, but nothing yet. We tried tonight 20th of January, 2011 and now no answering service and the worst part they picked up the neighborhood garbage today, but not our can....The person who bought my house is frustrated that the garbage can is still there, can""t blame him at all. Thank you T & L for really blowing it, new people would have probably gone with you, but not now after seeing how well you respond. more

I've used this company for over 12 years and have always been completely satisified with their service. My driver has picked up anything I leave out for him, no matter the amount. I've noticed my neighbors companies will limit the amount of bags of grass/leaves taken, and they get frustrated when their driver won't take everything. I've never run into that problem. Once, years ago, I forgot to put my garbage out, and my gargage door was open, and my driver got out of the truck and brought my can down and emptied it for me. Now that's service. I would highly reccommend this company. more

As a former employee of a competitor in sanitation, I can honestly give them a good review. We have had their service for 7 years as part of a city contract and I have only had to call them twice. Both time i was able to speak to a live person and the problem was resolved right away. The customer service person was friendly and overall the drivers are nice as well. Paid my bill for 3 months worth of service. Right after that they didn't pick up my garbage. I called and they said they would be out the next day. They didn't show up so I left another message (it's impossible to reach someone that actually works there - you can only get an answering service.) They said someone would call back. They haven't called back, and to make matters worse, the answering service has messed up my phone number several times, messed up my instructions. Somehow: ""please come get my garbage"" translated to: ""The customer will take their garbage to the dump."" Get a different service and save your self time and headaches. Cons: repeatedly doesn't pick up. only get answering svc/not T&L more
