They don't answer they're phone, at all! I didn't believe it at first but I experienced it for myself. This company is stuck in the past. It's 2011 upgrade your service, answer your phone, try returning calls at the very least! Start accepting credit card payments or cash the checks that are sent to you in a timely manner!!! I've sent them checks and it takes them weeks and in some cases over a month to cash them!! Seriously? Overall crapping service, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Only reason they get one star is because they require a rating. They should have the negative star option.
