Review content:
Paid my bill for 3 months worth of service. Right after that they didn't pick up my garbage. I called and they said they would be out the next day. They didn't show up so I left another message (it's impossible to reach someone that actually works there - you can only get an answering service.) They said someone would call back. They haven't called back, and to make matters worse, the answering service has messed up my phone number several times, messed up my instructions. Somehow: ""please come get my garbage"" translated to: ""The customer will take their garbage to the dump."" Get a different service and save your self time and headaches.
Cons: repeatedly doesn't pick up. only get answering svc/not T&L
