I have had this service for many many years, they did a decent job picking up the garbage. But in December, 2010 we moved. I called them at the beginning of December to tell them we were moving and they said the last pickup would be December 30, 2010 and I said fine. Well today is January 20, 2011 and they have not picked up the garbage from back in December of 2010. We have called at least 6 times and all you get is the answering service and we have left messages, my wife did talk to the owner and he told her they would get the can and garbage on January 18th, but nothing yet. We tried tonight 20th of January, 2011 and now no answering service and the worst part they picked up the neighborhood garbage today, but not our can....The person who bought my house is frustrated that the garbage can is still there, can""t blame him at all. Thank you T & L for really blowing it, new people would have probably gone with you, but not now after seeing how well you respond.
