Very poor customer service. I am moving out of state and called to ask about removal for certain items. Before I could tell he a thing she jumps to how Im under contract and have to pay 339.00 to get out of it.She was very angry and rude about it. I explained to her that I moving from a death in the family and continues to tell me I signed a three year contract which is unreal, considering I was understanding it was a year contract. Wow than I call her back to tell jer this Friday will be my last pick up she can mail me a bill for the whole contrsc
