Recently my wife's Ridgeline was due for service; nothing unusual, just an oil/filter and tire rotation. I told her I'd take care of it and asked when the appointment was scheduled for. She told me, no appointment necessary, just take it in. I was surprised I could do that, I can't w/ my BMW, but decided to try and see what happened. Surprise, no problem at all. Our service advisor, Tim Bobbett, professionally welcomed me, took my information, and showed me to the waiting area. Less than an hour later, he found me, told me the service was completed and explained everything else on the truck that they had inspected -- brakes, fluids, tires, etc. Wonderful service. I was thrilled. They made a customer of us during the sale of the vehicle but certainly reinforced that in the service department. Thanks!
