I was recently in for normal maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and my Service Advisor, Tim Bobbett, was excellent - as always! I will probably never buy a car from another dealership because my service experiences at Superior Honda are consistently excellent. They are so welcoming and helpful and the quality is phenomenal. 'Better than a root canal' 1/28/2011

My 2001 CR-V seemed to be having some major 'issues', so I decided to trade it in for a newer model. Greg Brandl greeted me at the door when I went to Superior Honda. I told him I would rather have a root canal than to go through the 'process' of trading in my car. He assured me it would be a pleasant experience and he was correct. When I told him what I wanted he knew of a couple of 2008 CR-Vs on the lot that would meet my expectations. He allowed me the time to test drive both vehicles, and never pressured me in any way to try to choose one over the other. Once the decision was made, it was a smooth transition toward reaching a settlement for the trade-in. Completing the paperwork went smoothly as well. I think Superior Honda has an excellent asset in having Greg as one of their sales consultants. He is very professional, personable, and his experience shows. I have always been impressed with Superior whenever I would bring my vehicle to be serviced. I highly recommend them. more

Fantastic Service! 1/28/2011

It is my first car leasing/purchase experience and decided to go with Superior Honda based on a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I did. I'm very pleased and happy with how Chuck Elford helped and oriented me. I really appreciated him giving my time and space to do my research and make my final decision. If you want an honest and genuine person, Chuck is the one to look for. Tom in Credit was very nice and extremely helpful. Everyone in Superior Honda was very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely recommend them and continue doing business with them. more

Recently my wife's Ridgeline was due for service; nothing unusual, just an oil/filter and tire rotation. I told her I'd take care of it and asked when the appointment was scheduled for. She told me, no appointment necessary, just take it in. I was surprised I could do that, I can't w/ my BMW, but decided to try and see what happened. Surprise, no problem at all. Our service advisor, Tim Bobbett, professionally welcomed me, took my information, and showed me to the waiting area. Less than an hour later, he found me, told me the service was completed and explained everything else on the truck that they had inspected -- brakes, fluids, tires, etc. Wonderful service. I was thrilled. They made a customer of us during the sale of the vehicle but certainly reinforced that in the service department. Thanks! more

Just bought a 2011 Ridgeline and the staff at Superior Honda was the BEST to work with. Cody Gilmore was AWESOME, he made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was totally and completely comfortable with my decision to purchase. The manager Shannon Steenbock was also great to work with. He made sure I stayed right where I needed to be with payments and never once made me feel like I couldn't afford what I wanted!!! \r Between the two of them I have Absolutely NO REGRETS and would recommend EVERYONE to Superior Honda!!! more

Recently I had problems with my 1999 Accord's cooling system. Although it required more than one trip due to the nature of the problem, my service advisor, Carrie Moody, was absolutely fantastic. She was thorough, kind and did a great job. I have been a satisfied customer for over 12 years. more

Honest Service Department 1/25/2011

During a recent snow storm, my 1999 Honda Accord became disabled on the way home. Recalling my past auto service experiences, I immediately thought of Superior Honda as the place to get it towed. When I placed the call, I talked to Carrie Moody in the Service Department. She was very courteous and professional and started a service ticket for me, knowing the Service Department might be closed before I got my Accord there. When I conversed with Carrie the next day, she was right on top of informing me the diagnosis of my car. Carried didn't hesitate to offer me a loaner car while the repairs were being made. She also took me back to the service technician so he could show me what the issue was with my Accord. I felt confident, knowing Superior has an honest Service Department. Carrie is very professional, yet personable, which I appreciate very much. She is a true asset to Superior Honda. more

We recently bought a new CRV at Superior Honda, and the experience was certainly more pleasant than at other dealers with whom we have dealt. Stephen Copeland was the salesman, and he was quite pleasant and helpful without being "hard-sell." He and the organization were easy to deal with and offered us an excellent price. Mr. Copeland patiently went out of his way to be helpful in getting us started in our new car, and he went above and beyond in trying to find an item later that we thought we had lost at the dealership. This was a surprisingly good experience. more

The Only Dealer in Omaha for my Family 1/24/2011

Saturday my wife and I purchased our fifth Honda from Superior Honda. I totaled my Honda Fit in an accident and walked in needing a car. Nicholas Harrell worked with us and although it was the first time we worked with him, his level of service was five star as is everyone at Superior Honda. He listened to our needs, and worked very hard to provide the best possible vehicle within our budget requirements. As always, the entire experience at Superior Honda was a great car buying experience. The sales person that has worked with us in the past is now one of the managers, so my wife and I are looking forward to buying many more Honda cars from Nicholas. more

I recently had an issue with my 2009 Accord. It needed immediate, unexpected service.\r I use my car for business, so it's very important that it be maintained and ready for use. And I had important client appointments the next morning.\r Carrie Moody got my car mid-afternoon, and well before 5:00 p.m., it was done and ready to go.\r I also watched Carrie as she attended the customer in front of me when I went to pick up my car. Carrie was very personable, yet maintained a professional demeanor.\r This is not my first contact with Carrie. She is always top-notch. more

I have made 3 purchases from Superio Honda now and I keep going back because they are easy to work with and I always get the deal I am looking for. I have worked with Shawn Dodson each time and keep going back to the same salesperson because he has always treated me right. Customer service is top notch. The Name Says it all 1/21/2011

Whether it is for a 3000 mile oil change or a $14.95 lamp change the service is consistently awesome. Superior Honda, in this case Brian Bradley, treats you like you matter. Your care is first on their mind. I don't have time to spare and Brian made sure I was in and out quickly and efficiently! I will continue using Superior Honda because well quite frankly the name says it all!! more

Usually I am very apprehensive when buying a used car. I assume the car dealership?s agenda is short term profit taking and not necessarily in line with my best interest. Not the case with Mark Johnson at Superior Honda in Omaha. Mark worked with me to find the cars that would best suit my needs. And when an issue did pop up, a missing spare key, he made special arrangements for me to have the key made in my home town, Lincoln, at my convenience. I appreciate being treated this way. Have been there twice and the service has been great each time. Even the wait area is fun with computers and cookies to keep adults (AND KIDS) occupied. There is no up-selling attempts with any additional unnecessary services. Always got precise and honest answers. more
