I have done business with Alan Jankiewicz with Superior Honda for many years, every time they have been very far and gone out of their way to may sure I am happy with my purchase. Dennis Grace assisted me; when I arrived he was there to meet me as the guy I made a Honda purchase with in 6/09 no longer there. Dennis did a really fine job-kept in contact, not high pressure, but a positive experience. Then when I decided to keep it between Superior and another alternate car type dealer, Dennis provided a very positive & competitive lease price in my opinion and it was easy to select the Honda. Your new sales mgr was also quite positive, so overall, assuming we will like the small Civic, we are quite satisfied and the bottom line cost per month actually exceeded my expectation. more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Superior Honda of Omaha. My salesperson, Mary Sutton was professional, helpful, informative and genuinely interested in putting me in the right vehicle for my needs and budget. This honestly has been the best car buying experience that I have ever encountered. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, from the receptionist to the finance department person. Didn't take hours like the last time at a another local dealership. I will definately recommend this dealership to all my friends and relatives. My sister recommended Superior Honda of Omaha to me. 2007 Element SC 1/5/2011

My 2005 Element was banged-up once again - one of the wheel well moldings got ripped-off during a snowy adventure... I tried to put it back on... When I took it in for its next maintenence the service adviser, Carrie Moody looked at it grabbed the molding, re-installed the clips, etc and snapped it back on. Insta-fix... Cool Beans!!!\r I'd rate the Superior Honda service at least World Class!\r BillG more

I just leased my 2nd Honda Civic EX from Superior Honda & my experiences in both dealings were nothing short of awesome. Bob Ledenbach helped me look at ALL of my options (new lease/buy used/buy new/buy my old lease) and I can honestly say that he made me feel as though he was really looking out for MY best interests in the situation. I'm leasing a brand new car for less than my old lease - and I have more miles per year to work with - you seriously cannot beat that! Everyone that helped me during my new lease was caring, helpful and friendly...I would reccommend Superior Honda and Bob Ledenbach to anyone...even my grandma (but she doesn't drive...and that is probably a very, very good thing.) more

Great new Honda Crosstour from Superior Honda 12/29/2010

I really enjoyed my experience at Superior Honda. Nicholas Harrell was great to work. He contacted me off an email referral and was helpful, honest and open throughout the process. I had done my research on the value of my trade in and the fair market value of the Crosstour I wanted. Superior met both without any hassle. It was truly a pleasant stress free process buying the Crosstour. Nick and everyone at Superior did a great job taking care of us. The car was perfect when delivered and Nick carefully briefed me on all the bells and whistles. I will recommend Nick and Superior Honda to everyone I know who is interested in a new Honda. FYI, the Crosstour is a great car far exceeding our expectations. I just wish I could keep it clean this winter? more

I just bought a Honda CRV from Superior Honda in Omaha.(3rd one) My sales person was Joe Herring. What I saw first was similar to what I already had only the new year's model. I asked questions and then went home to think things over and research on the web. I came back the next day and told Joe what I wanted with NO pressure, and he showed me my options that were within my budget. The whole transaction was very smooth and I will be back again. I called about leasing a Honda Accord and spoke with Harry Callahan. He had all the information I needed and what he did not have he obtained and called me back within 30 minutes. I decided to stop by and check out the car that very evening and was greeted by Harry upon my arrival. Harry is VERY laid back and friendly and uses a no pressure approach. I signed the papers that night and picked up my car the following Saturday. Harry offers the best in customer service and has such a great personality that he connects with all types of people. Best Customer Service 12/15/2010

I have never bought a car from a Honda dealership before and was nervous about buying a used car for the first time. The staff at Superior Honda really put my nerves at ease. They were super helpful in going through the process of getting the car that I really wanted. When financing issues were becoming a problem, they really took the time to work with me to see what they could do to help out. I got a great deal on a fantastic car. I really appreciate the time that John Wonder and Greg Brandl took to help me. Also, John Wonder really was my helping hand when I had some issues come up a few weeks later about the leased car I turned into their lot. When my leasing company was being difficult to deal with, John was attentive and took action to help solve my problems. He was always quick to answer my emails and really followed through to help me. I highly recommend this dealership and John Wonder for their excellent customer service! more

I talked with Alan Jankiewicz over the phone and told him every detail I was looking for in a gently used car. I arrived at the store on the coldest day of the year. Alan had a car in the service area, heated up and ready for a test drive. The car was exactly, to a tee, what I wanted. Alan also knows that I needed a great deal and that I always refer to Kelly Blue Book for pricing. He had the sheet pulled - and was offering the car below the book value. i originally called superior about a lease offer i received in the mail. dan baker answered my call. he was VERY helpful and confident that he would be able to get me out of my current lease and into a honda. i just got a good feeling over the phone. if i would have had a different phone experience, i may have chosen to go somewhere else.\r \r the day i planned on going in, someone else called because dan was concerned that he would be busy when i came in and wanted to make sure that i knew someone else would take care of me.\r \r everyone was very welcoming and cody helped me with my lease. dan came over several times in between what he had going on to make sure that my experience was going well. it was the easiest experience leasing a car that i have ever had. i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! more
