I recently had an issue with my 2009 Accord. It needed immediate, unexpected service.\r I use my car for business, so it's very important that it be maintained and ready for use. And I had important client appointments the next morning.\r Carrie Moody got my car mid-afternoon, and well before 5:00 p.m., it was done and ready to go.\r I also watched Carrie as she attended the customer in front of me when I went to pick up my car.
