The Best! 4/4/2011

I brought my CRV in because the cable that raises/lowers the window was broken. Carrie Moody worked with me to have the cable replaced. It was done very quickly and she kept me informed as to what I needed and how long it would take. She is very friendly and I would love to have her take car of all of my car repairs. She is the best! more

Superior Service - to be trusted! 3/30/2011

I brought Honda running boards and tonneau rails to be installed on my Ridgeline. Brian Bradley was friendly, accommodating, and ultimately ensured that my installation needs were promptly met. In addition - Jeremy (tech) did a wonderful job of installing. \r I've been coming to Superior Honda for 3 years with my Pilot. I will continue to have my Hondas serviced at Superior Honda, as I absolutely trust them to do a fine job and treat me like a customer wishes to be treated. A++++++++++++ more

2010 CRV 1st oil change 3/29/2011

I took my 2010 CRV in for its first oil change and Paul Kosovich provided excellent service. Service was completed in an hour and because Superior has wifi access I could keep working and not lose any productivity time while I waited. Very satisfied with all experiences at Superior from purchasing the vehicle to service calls. They are fantastic, polite and respectful. more

Service is the BEST! 3/21/2011

We currently have 3 Honda vehicles and all were purchased from Superior Honda. Not only do they have a great sales team, their service department is the BEST! This is extremely important to us because it shows that they are there for you even after the sale. Our service advisor, Carrie Moody, went above and beyond to help isolate the issue and fix our Honda Pilot. She kept in contact with us throughout the process and did everything she could to make sure it was done right. Although it's very rare that we go for service other than a routine oil change (which is why we love our Hondas!), we know we can count on and trust them. more

Great Honda service 3/18/2011

I was so pleased with my Honda Pilot purchase, I took the advice of Greg, my sales guy, and had my first oil change and maintenance with Superior Honda. Paul Kosovich, my service advisor and everyone was very welcoming from the start and I was comfortable with all the information on my car, even though I was just getting an oil change. I stopped to do this a while back and was told it was too early - who does that? Yes, my oil was still at 80% even though I had driven 3000 miles so I got to wait until the oil was at 15% to go back. That saves me time and money and that's always good :) It was also time for tires to be rotated (I puchased a pre-owned, pre-certified pilot). The best surprise was the car wash, especially since I live on a gravel road! And I got to check my email on the complimentary computers while enjoying a cup of coffee. Thanks so much. I'll be back! more

I had taken my car in for a clear coat & oil change. Brian Bradley in service set up a loaner car for me to use for the day, which was great since due to time constraints I was unable to wait for their shuttle service. Once I picked up my car, it looked brand new - inside & out. Great job Superior Honda! more

I have been a Superior Honda customer for the last 6 years and I am very appreciative of the friendliness y professionalism of the dealership. I like the fact that products or services not needed for a vehicle are not pushed upon a person. This was my 3rd purchase/lease with Honda and I worked with, Harry Callahan. He was friendly, honest, upfront, and thankfully he was not that "aggressive sales person" that I do not working with. Buying a used car at Superior Honda 3/14/2011

This is the third time my husband and I have used Superior Honda to purchase a vehicle and again our experience has been delightful. Our sales person, Stephen Copeland was willing to listen to what we were looking for in a good used car, worked with us until we found what we wanted,was gracious to the both of us at all times, got the manager to talk to us about a used car trade in, set up time immediately to have us talk to Anthony about a short term loan!! All in all an easy experience buying a car. This is something we have come to expect at Superior Honda. Thank you again! more

Service Work 3/10/2011

I would rate Superior Honda very good for the work performed on my Honda Accord. Carrie Moody was the service representative for the work performed on March 9th. My vehicle needed service for the 60,000 mile marker. Carrie is very pleasant and patient. She fully explained the detail work that was going to be done. She asked what time I needed the car done. She contacted me during the day for some other suggested work. She called to let me know when the work was completed and made sure I had made arrangements for the Superior driver to pick me up. The car was washed and I felt good to have this service completed. Overall I would rate Carrie as an excellent part of the service experience. more

Superior provides Superior Service! 3/10/2011

We purchased a 2006 Honda Civic from Superior Honda. I am so pleased to say it is paid off and still looks brand new as of March 2011! My husband is a handy man thus he does all of the maintenance work on the Civic himself. He purchases the parts from Dennis Heath at Superior. The parts and service dept. has been nothing but helpful and professional. I am happy to say we have never had to have much service because the Civic has performed so well, but, when we do, I don't dread our visit to Dennis! more

Another great experience 3/10/2011

I've never been disappointed with Superior's service department in general, and Carrie Moody in particular. I just took my Fit in for an oil change and Carrie found a recall notice. It wasn't completed in one day, so she gave me a loaner car for the night. Carrie is always friendly and always helpful! more

I was in for an oil change on Wednesday Feb. 23, 2011. Ross Engel assisted me in the service department. He was very helpful and personally checked with the mechanics on my brakes (no work was required). He then helped me with and appointment for a Safety Recall Notice that I had received. He is a knowledgeable young man, easy to work with, and gives GREAT personal attention. I would be very happy to work with him again!! Ross is an excellent service coordinator! more

High Recommendation 3/3/2011

When I went to Superior Honda to get my car, it was the best possible experience. The staff was kind, easy to work with, and we negotiated a good deal on my CR-V. I have not had a single problem with the vehicle in the year and a half I have owned it, and Honda has regularly checked up on me. I have taken it to the dealer to get all work done (ie oil changes) and I am always done within half an hour. Overall, excellent experience with Brian Bradley as the service adviser. more
